For Our Client, a globally operating American company, we are looking for dynamic graduates and customer service professionals as Customer Service Administrators in SSC in Krakow.
Working on this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end order management process for assigned group of clients from USA or Canada: accepting and processing orders, packages monitoring, ensuring timely and safe delivery as well as complete fulfilment of clients' requirements. Among your duties will be also solving various issues regarding orders, providing the clients with professional information and assistance during the whole process. You will meet daily needs of ongoing businesses, collaborate with Supply Chain partners, regional and local sales representatives.
We are looking for dynamic graduates and candidates with first professional experiences, preferably customer service related. Fluent English (min. B2/C1 level) is an absolute must, as you will communicate daily with American clients. Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours (approximately 14-23) is also required. To be successful on this position, you need to be have excellent customer service skills and business acumen, as well as good phone manner and ability to work under time pressure. You should have analytical skills and attention to details.
