Customer Service Advisor with English
Location: Kraków
Job description
- Being the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries
- Using your technical understanding to secure the business and give customers up to date information on the status of their repairs
- Invoicing completed jobs
- Liaising with technicians for progress on repairs
- Playing a key role in the development of the Polish office
- Getting involved in marketing the company through our Allegro site and updating our technical bulletins
- The role will be highly varied and you should be prepared to get your hands dirty!
Requirements
- University degree
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in Polish and English are essential
- An ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
- An ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Good command of basic computer programs: Word, Outlook, Excel
- Enthusiasm and passion for cars are a must
- Willingness to travel
