On this position you will be responsible for technical telephone and mail administrative/logistical support to Ukrainian speaking customers, support to users of global brand IT equipment.

We expect
- Native/fluent Ukrainian and Russian
- communicative Polish or English
- Cable Internet connection
- Interest in the technical area is an asset
- IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented
- Basic customer experience
