Responsibilities:
- Delivering above-and-beyond experiences to our members by phone, email, live chat;
- Creating relationships with community and making the impossible possible;
- Coordinating with all branches of hardware and software teams to better understand and resolve Member inquiries.

- IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)
