Job summary:
• Moderating the Spanish Advertiser Community to ensure the Community is spam-free
• Reviewing the content on the Community to ensure the content is labeled, tracked and organized
• Supporting the Community Managers with planning, creating and publishing proactive content
• Supporting the Community Managers with identifying, tracking and organizing high-quality user-generated content
• Supporting the Community Managers with reporting and analyzing key performance metrics and identifying trends on the Community and Social Media
• Contributing to Social Media and Community Management projects and process developments within the project scope
• Publishing the proactive content and supporting advertisers queries for Google products on Social Media
• Maintaining accuracy of online resources based on customer feedback and/or language specific projects
Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent Spanish language skills
• Very good knowledge of AdWords and related products
• Knowledge of Online Communities
• Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
