For our Client aninternational Company, we are searching for a Candidate for a position of:
Customer Service Specialist with English
Miejsce pracy: mazowieckie/ Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to Company employees (for example regarding passwords, internal communicator, e-mails etc.)
- Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
- Maintaining positive relations with internal Clients
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
- Highly developed Customer Service skills
- Open minded and motivated for self-development
- Task and results oriented
- Very good communication skills
