Job Description:
- Conducting virtual Partner demonstrations and training sessions via Webex in the Partner's local language
- Assist Partners with guided order placement
- Provide user error and process related support and troubleshooting
- Acting as point of contact for the Partners in case of IT issues resolution related to the tool
- Fluent English and French
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in customer support area or training delivery
- Excellent voice presentation and effective communication skills
- Power Point practical experience is important
- Strong tasks and priorities management
- Proactive approach in managing Partners
