Customer Service Specialist with German (Supply Chain)

For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with German to work in a newly created Order to Cash team. Depending on your experience you can be employed as a junior specialist or specialist, so it's a job opportunity for fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.

Working on this position you will be responsible for the process from order taking from customers, through goods delivery to cash collection. You will be responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target; deliver different order to cash processes KPI's; be in touch with local customer service organisations, warehousing and distribution; review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management system; ensure efficient customer service processes.

To be successful on this position you need to have good (min. B2) knowledge of English and German as well as experience in O2C/ logistics/ customer service/ finance or similar applicable field. University degree is also required on this position (min. Bachelor). We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP would be an asset. Ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, customer service mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure.
