Now, due to continuous and rapid expansion on the Polish market the company is seeking to recruit open-minded and ambitious individuals for the position of Customer Service Specialist to ensure professional and competent service in customer-related operational tasks.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Order management,
- Monitoring of inventory availability, communicating possible stock level shortages
- Receiving and managing customer complaints,
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality in customer service,
- Close cooperation with sales, warehouse and transport department,
- Ensure timely deliveries,
- Preparation of reports and analysis.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- One year experience on a similar position or in Call Center, Contact Center, HelpDesk,
- Higher education,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to organize and prioritize work,
- Ability to work in stressful situations and under time pressure,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel,
- knowledge of SAP will be an additional value,
- Fluent or very good Hungarian or Romanian,
- Fluent or very good Polish,
- Good English,
- Pro-activity in approach to tasks.
