Customer Support Assistant

Job description
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling complaints and returns
- Data entry into the company database
- Co-operation with the Team
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce and customer service
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to turn customer problems into customer wins
- In-depth knowledge of computer programs and MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Good management of stress and working under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Asana will be an asset
