About the role
As a Data Governance & Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across the organization. You’ll support strategic and operational decision-making by implementing governance frameworks, validating data, and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor and validate real-time operational data across systems and dashboards.
- Build and maintain automated reports and KPI dashboards (BigQuery, Looker Studio).
- Automate data validation and reporting using Google App Script, Python, and Sheets.
- Identify data inconsistencies and propose actionable improvements.
- Conduct data integrity audits and support compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Recommend improvements to data models and stewardship practices.
- Track data quality metrics and report anomalies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data governance or data quality roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
