Department Overview
Krakow Device Cloud Engineering team develops software solutions that allow for automatic and stress-less management fleet of thousand radios, where provisioning, configuration and Firmware upgrade is done unattended.
Our products are used by various customers around the world including public safety (police, firefighters, military) and commercial business (car manufacturers, theme parks, railways). The team is responsible for end to end software development life-cycle, definition of requirements/stories, development, building automatic tests and maintaining released products.
Job Description
Krakow Device Cloud Engineering team is looking for C# engineers which will make our scrum teams grow in the spirit of agile values.We are working on an entire system of applications written in C#/.NET4.5.1 on both the client & server side with WPF, WCF frameworks with the addition of SQL DB operations. On top of that our product is available in azure cloud. Tasks that scrum team is responsible for:
- Validation of requirements for new features
- Defining stories for new feature
- Developing new features
- Building automatic tests
- Manual regression tests
- Maintenance of application
- DevOps operation for cloud and on-prem application
- At least 3 year of experience in C# development
- Experience on Object Oriented Programming
- Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies
- Good problem solver
- Ability to mentor and coaching of team in azure technologies
- Great team player
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to switch tasks and use various SW technologies/languages
- Self-driven and creative
- Ability to effectively work from home
Experience with some of the following would be an advantage:
- Experience in Automated testing
- Practical knowledge of Jenkins pipelines
- Experience in refactoring of legacy applications
- Computer Network experience
