As Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will support our Clients in HR and Collection queries using a CRM and ERP systems.
Mostly, you will:
- Deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets
- Support client employees in their HR and Collection related queries.
- Modify HR and Customer data as per requests and in line with proper approval
- Prepare reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
- Communicative English (min. B1)
- Very good Polish (B2/C1)
- Good Excel and Word skills
