Job description
For our Client, a cutting-edge company from the fin-tech sector, we are currently looking for candidates to fill a new vacancy in a Finance and Investment Planning Team.
Main duties will include:
- provision of administrative services for compensation plans for international corporate clients
- end-to-end responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration
- day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform for assigned corporate client relationships and processes
- Structured planning, processing and monitoring of company plan related events and/or transactions
- Ensuring quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework
- analysing clients’ plans and development of comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- education in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Data or similar
- min. 1 year of experience in banking area, Middle Office functions, or financial services, database management
- excellent command of Excel
- even basic knowledge of SQL/VBA will be a great asset
- fluent English (C1)
