For our Client - worldwide recognized brand from airline industry that has already established a new Centre in Cracow, we are looking for experienced candidates on the position of Financial Accountant (Spanish Speaker).
Financial Accountant will liaise with BPO to provide comprehensive financial accounting, management accounting and reporting to the business as well as support internal and external audit process. Additionally you will carry out complex period end reporting in conjunction with the BPO including balance sheet and income statement analysis. On this position you will constantly search for process improvement opportunities, monitor process and performance and make changes to standard operating procedures as needed.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting environment (GL/RtR area), as well as excellent communication skills (very good knowledge of English and Spanish is a must). A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end record to report strategies are essential to be successful on this position.
