Opis stanowiska
Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports based on various data (cost control, balance sheets, sales, expenses)
- Participating in bank statements reconciliation
- Verifying pending payments and reporting identified gaps
- Making analyzes and conclusions
- Maintaining and updating company's financial database
- Preparing, verifying and registering invoices
- Remaining in a constant cooperation with financial department
- Acting as a support for the team as well as for Financial Controller
- Everyday work on Excel and financial data
Wymagania
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Higher education or undergraduate (preferably: Finance and Accounting, Economics, Banking etc.)
- Experience in making reports with the use of Excel
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (knowledge of pivot tables, filtering, sorting, sums, "if" formulas)
- Analytical mind and attention to details
- Communicativeness and proactive attitude
- Availability to take up full-time employment
