For our Client to the Cracow accounting and finance SSC we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:
General Ledger Team Leader with German or English

Requirements:
- 3- 5 years of experience in accounting processes
- Knowledge and experience in General Ledger is a must
- Experience of leading or coordinating an accounting team
- Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience on SAP system will be an asset
- German language skills
- English language skills
Responsibilities:
- The GL Team Leader will ensure timely and accurate processing of all GL transactions for assigned team (a German entity)
- Manage the team to achieve performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
- Support and develop the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews
- Proposes, evaluates and supervises the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with a manager
- Resolve customers & OpCo queries or complaints relating to GL processes
- Support internal/external audit requirements in respect of SSC GL processes
