Job Description
- Participate in planning and supervising knowledge transfer of an as- isprocess while incorporating certain immediate process improvements
- Ensuring that service quality is maintained
- Resolve or escalate any issues which might pop up during transition phaseReview and post invoices, check requests
- Set invoices readyfor payment
- Prepare financialmanagement reports
- Input employeeexpenses into SAP
- Generating regularreports
- Responsible for performing specific Month End Close activities,adhering to the Month End Close timetable and global and office specific MonthEnd Close deadlines
- Responsibility for assigned KPI's to meet customer Leeds
- Escalating issues and risks to the manager
- University Degree:Finance or Accounting
- Over 3 years of professional experience on the similar position
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record in a role of a Team Lead or people supervisor
- Computer skills (MS Office , especially Excel skills)
- SAP knowledge orequivalent experience
