We are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded candidate, who would like to develop skills in multinational environment, supporting German/ French/Finnish/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service in one of following languages.
- Supporting clients via phone/chat and email
- Providing consultancy about the company’s products
- Preparation of internal reports
- Company providing 2 weeks on boarding training
Requirements:
- Advanced level of German/French/Finnish/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian (C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Philology students are very welcomed
- Ability to team work and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
- Analytical and solving problem skills
- Excel knowledge will be an asset
