GPS System Administrator

Job Description:
- GPS System Administration (e.g. testing system changes, approval workflow & catalogue maintenance, other L1 support activities),
- Interface Monitoring,
- Responsible for resolving incoming queries from GPS users (PTP area)
- Work closely with all F&A teams, especially AP team
- Responsible for communication with internal and external clients
- Act as an advisory, technical support for GPS PTP area and other applications related to PTP processes
- Prepare and conduct trainings
- Identify areas for potential system improvements
Candidate's profile:
- Good English
- French would be an advantage
- Very good analytical skills,
- Technical / IT background / education would be an advantage
- 2 year of experience with SAP
- Knowledge of programming language (VBA, C++) would be an advantage
- Experience in PTP processes
- Experience in working with database would be an advantage
- Pro-active and issue solver who can come up with the possible solutions/improvements
- Ability to conduct trainings and present the findings in a good manner
- Self driven and well organized
