Job Description
- Developing and implementing business development and sales strategies in accordance with Headquarter guidelines.
- Identifying new market opportunities, including potential customers, partners and markets.
- Monitoring market trends, the competition and industry analyses to support Management Board decisions.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients and business partners.
- Coordinating tender and negotiation processes, including the finalisation of contracts.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement.
- Collaborating on the development of new products and services based on market and client needs.
- Preparing sales, financial and strategic reports for the Management Board and Headquarters.
- Assessing the profitability of business initiatives and ROI.
Requirements
- A university degree (preferably in economics, management, marketing or a related field).
- At least 8 years’ experience in strategy, business development or planning.
- Knowledge of the defence industry, including its regulations and key players.
- Experience in reporting to headquarters or working within an international organisation.
- Experience in team management.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions.
- Very good analytical, strategic and communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Results-oriented, self-reliant and able to make decisions.
- Security clearance at the confidential level (or higher) / willingness to undergo a vetting process.
