HR Administrator – will directly support our Swiss HR Team in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, creating HR documentation and conducting background checks.

- coordinate and schedule in-person and phone interviews with candidates and hiring managers in Switzerland
- first point of contact for candidates when an interview is scheduled and close collaboration with the Swiss HR team
- creating and updating HR documentation: reference letters (interim and final)
- conducting background checks with candidates applying to KPMG Switzerland and preparing detailed sum-up
expectations
- business fluency in German and English is essential for this role. A good understanding of either French would also be an advantage
- highly developed written and oral communication skills
- a solid working knowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
