On behalf of our Client- multinational company located in Poznan- we are looking for HR Advisor.
A successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting HR Manager within all HR tasks such as recruitment area, training and development, payroll, personnel administration as well as close collaboration with the other employees, including managers. You will be responsible for supporting the business, coordinate HR processes and participate in various projects.
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in international environment within the HR administration field preferably on HR Advisor or HR Specialist position with excellent English skills. Polish labor law knowledge is a must as well as ability to work under the pressure of time and deadlines.
