HR Business Partner

Your daily duties? Here is the list of the most important:
- Leading projects related to different HR areas (like: onboarding and offboarding of employees, managing internal talent development, payroll, internal communication, employee engagement projects)
- Ongoing support and advisory for Business Managers related to ongoing HR issues
- Optimization of ongoing projects and monitoring of projects’ standards
- Leading recruitment processes (for internal candidates) for different organizational levels
- Organizing educational activities related to HR areas for Managers and Employees
- Being a part of project teams related to: building organizational culture related initiatives, internal communication strategy, employer branding initiatives, building new policies and regulations etc.
- Regular reporting of data related to headcounts (recruitment data, attrition etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting of budgets and operational status of projects
- Close cooperation with supporting functions: Talent Acquisition, Analytical, Payroll, Compliance, Knowledge & Development.
We encourage you to apply if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (HR Business Partner, HR Coordinator, HR Manager etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
- Experience in project management and cross functional cooperation with managers
- Ability to lead analysis related to different aspects of HR
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Code and experience in leading recruitment processes
- Professional background in multicultural environment organization
- Collaborative work style and innovative thinking
