Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate, who will be working as an International Mobility Analyst. Key purpose of the role is to provide support and assist employees and managers in the area of international mobility. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that assignment is organized in line with the home and host country law and with Group policies.
Main accountabilities
- Advice, assistance and support of employees in the field of international mobility
- Creation of invitation letters and employer letters
- Processing of shadow payroll
- Cooperation with internal business partners and external vendors (tax advisors, payroll, immigration, etc.)
- Close cooperation with onsite team to support international mobility processing
- Ensuring compliance with the SLA\'s and quality standards
Candidate’s profile
- Very Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Very strong attention to detail skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
- Can do and client-focus attitude
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
