Job description
The team member is responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee queries regarding HR Administration and Reporting, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D, Mobility, Compensation, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The scope of duties involves cooperation with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, working on processing tickets, cooperation with other delivery team members to ensure that the documentation is up to date.
Main accountabilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to HR Administration
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Solve client’s problems
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- The use of HR IT systems
Candidate’s profile
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good communication skills
- MS Office skills
- Teamwork approach
- Experience in HR will be an asset
- Customer Service experience will be an asset
