- University degree (not a must)
- At least 1 years of hand on work experiences in SAP HR (Hire to Retire)
- At least 1 years of experience in HR Area (HR Outsourcing / HR SSC or HR department) or Customer Services
- Basic knowledge of HR Processes with focus on HR Administration Processes
- Experiences in the use of CRM system e.g. eNate or Neocase preferred
- Basic to intermediate level of MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-Powerpoint skills
- Basic analytical abilities
- Good German language skills (Both verbal and written) (at least B2/C1)
- Excellent English communication skills (Both verbal and written) (at least B2)
- Positive attitude towards team working and cooperation within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to supersede targets as well as do to do mentality
- Interest in HR topics
- Processing changes in SAP HR system from Hire to Retire according to defined SLAs and processes as well as agreed quality standards
- Adjustment and correction of records as required
- Processing Calendar Driven Reports and Ad-Hoc Reports
- Support in conducting Audits and Ad-Hoc Audits
- Support the processing of individual HR transactions (not data entry) in various areas e.g. Onboarding of New Joiners, Administration of Payment Processes
- Providing internal as well external stakeholders and client with required process information and status updates.
- Supporting the administration of the processes in scope of the team, providing trainings and support for other team members as well as dealing with client in realizing new processes and changes
