The position will provide close support to the Business in areas of HR including: payroll, labor & employment laws, time & attendance, contracts and related administration, compensation & benefits reports & regulatory compliance.
- Execute proper personnel administration for the employees of IP Polska
- Act as a contact person for all employees with HR-related issues and provide HR support in Labor Code and internal policies
- Perform duties involving employee communications, responding to routine questions on HR policies and procedures
- Monitor activities connected with admissions and departures
- Manage time & attendance within organization
- Conduct HR induction trainings for new employees and managers
- Execute proper administration of local compensation and benefit systems
- Supervise and control local salary and wage matters and payments
- Provide different reports for the management (e.g. headcount, turnover, etc.)
- Advise managers and employees on a broad scope of personnel issues
- Participate in corporate HR projects as well as drives some local HR projects & initiatives
- Cooperate and monitor relationships with external HR service providers
- Provide support for HR management of International Mobility inbound / outbound Polish related files
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and polish labor law
- solid knowledge of Polish social & labor law and tax legislations
- Understanding of legal entity requirements in terms of Health & Safety, Polish legislations & reporting
- IT knowledge of basics Windows software
- Knowledge of SAP HR will be an asset
- Good interpersonal skills, self-reliance, discretion and confidentiality
- Attention to detail, accuracy, speed and resistance to stress (is essential)
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Fluency in English and Polish
- any other languages will be a plus
