Key responsibilities:
- Recruitment of employees to Sofitel Warsaw Victoria
- Implementation of company’s HR projects and procedures
- Onboarding new employees
- Coordination of employees appraisal in the hotel
- Planning career paths
- Contacts and arrangements with trade unions
- Taking care of employees - employer relations and communication
Requirement:
- Higher education preferably in the field of Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience related to Human Resources development area
- Practical knowledge of labor law, processes, methods and HR tools
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Practical user of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A sense of responsibility and “can do” attitude
