For our client – an international company with shared service based in Poznan, we are currently looking for person, who would be interested in working on position of Internal Control Specialist.
Main responsibilities: include identifying risks in processes and implementing mitigating controls, securing the control environment is designed correctly and controls work effectively, driving standardization of controls, providing trainings on internal control system. Moreover you will be responsible for ensuring completeness of periodic self-audits, findings documented and improvements launched to ensure the processes and control environment are functioning as expected, coordination of communication and cooperation with external and internal auditors and other ad hoc type of tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate would have university degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and at least 5 years of experience in the SSC/BPO environment (internal control) or audit. We are looking for people, who are characterized by diplomacy and customer focus, professionalism, attention to details and solid experience in leading projects as a project manager. Excellent English language skills (C1) and solid understanding of internal control environment as well as accounting processes and interactions between the processes are a must.
