For our Client, international leader within IT sector, we are looking for a perfect match for the position of International Payroll Manager.
You will lead the International Payroll regions and report about its results to the Controller’s office. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all transaction associated with global payroll as it relates to other locations, provide functional and compliance expertise for all aspects of global payroll and participate in developing its strategic initiatives which will help globalize it and evolve.
You will be managing daily operations of the International Payroll with regards to accuracy, timeliness, excellent customer focus and compliance, especially all aspects of global payroll staffing by monitoring the workloads of a globally distributed team and providing staff development. You will be developing strategic process improvements, ensuring systems and processes correctly compute taxes and other components of payroll and help manage vendor relationships and cost effectiveness for systems that touch international payroll. Above all you will oversee internal and external audits as it relates to international payroll.
Perfect Candidate should be a Graduate in Business, Finance or equivalent, present min. 6 years of significant payroll experience and at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience with a multi-national organization. Fluency in English is crucial. We expect you to be hard-working, with strong influencing skills with peers and senior management and with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of international regulations as it relates to payroll, tax and equity policies in foreign jurisdictions will be valuable experience as well as experience with various Payroll and HR systems.
