IT 2nd Line Support- opportunity for experienced 1st Line with French

Our Client is internationally recognized financial institution with Shared Service Center based in Cracow.

Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of IT 2^nd Line Support with French.

While working at this role, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to ensure Desktop IT functionality is maintained to agreed service levels. Your duties will also include liaising with other departments and updating information required for incidents resolution, working closely with 1^st line, involvement in project implementation.

We are looking for Candidates with excellent French (C1 level is a must) and English language skills. Previous work experiences at 1^st line (min 1,5 y) and strong analytical skills are also required. Experience at 2^nd line would be an asset as well as IT related educational background, but it is not a must.
