IT Support Specialist with French

For our Client, international business center located in Krakow, we are currently looking for IT Support Specialist with French.

As IT Support Specialist you will be primarily responsible for supporting customers and providing them with basic hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution. You will be supported by knowledge base, professional tools and by more experienced team members. Contact with customers will be conducted mainly in French but also English will be used on daily basis in case of processing tickets in internal system and reporting. More complex issues will be escalated to second level of support.

We are looking for Candidates with very good command of French and good command of English and motivation to gain experience in corporate, international environment. Any former experience in customer service/IT support etc. area will be an asset. However we also invite to apply Candidates without any former professional experience as Client is ready to provide complex induction trainings.
