The successful candidate should have a strong legal background in order to support onshore attorneys in Berlin and Munich and, at the beginning, will enjoy a limited autonomy which will increase with time.
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials and degree from recognized law school
- Fully qualified attorney in Poland or a lawyer at attorney training with substantial knowledge in German law, preferably with a dual Polish/German qualification
- knowledge and understanding of common law principles would be a plus
- up to 4 years post graduate and relevant work experience, preferably from a major law firm or another big multi-national IT-company
- Relevant experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- focus on civil law, commercial law, IT law
- fluent German and English
- good management skills and ability to work and provide high quality under high pressure
- familiar with MS office
- able and willing to travel
- willing to spent time in Munich /Berlin for on-boarding
- Interested in learning and with a positive approach to change

On daily basis you work in a close cooperation with the German Legal team. The team provides comprehensive legal support to our business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including client contract negotiations, advice on delivery issues, legal compliance advice and dispute resolution. The Legal team is innovative and focuses on business objectives.
A successful candidate will be working with the German Legal team from our office based in Wroclaw or Kraków. We are also willing to consider candidates from other locations in Poland for a remote work employment (if the candidate proves competencies required for this type of working system).
Main accountabilities:
- review & mark up NDAs
- review & mark up proposals and contracts with low complexity
- review & mark up project related subcontracting agreements (ensure b2b agreements to client contracts)
- support onshore attorneys in reviewing complex proposals and requests for proposals
- draft contract briefings and other documents summarizing complex contracts
- monitor compliance with internal contracting guidelines
- maintain the contract data base
