- As a Consumer Service Agent, you interact directly with external clients across various countries. You are expected to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses to consumer inquiries
- You continuously build and strengthen your skills across digital touchpoints such as CRM systems, chatbots, and email. You confidently manage a wide range of inquiries
- You act as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
- You stay up to date on new product releases and brand developments. With a passionate, authentic “gamer-to-gamer” tone, you educate, support, and inspire our community
- By actively working to reduce waiting times, you enhance the overall consumer experience, guided by KPIs such as Response Time and CSAT
- You bring a strong service mindset with clear, consumer‑first communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent support

- You offer flexibility to extend your working hours occasionally to support peak-season needs
- You are fluent in English (B2/C1 required), and ideally also have a fluent command of another European language(s)
