Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Experience with contacting end-user/customer is desired
- Experience in using ticketing systems (as a support team member) ie. Remedy, ServiceNow, EARS, Jira will be an asset
- Ability to create queries in ticketing systems based on different criteria is desirable but not mandatory
- Understanding the concept of relational database
- Basic SQL/database knowledge/experience is desired but not mandatory
- Basic programming skills (any of Python/HTML/PHP) and experience is desired
- Basic http knowledge required
- Basic knowledge of linux and windows system administration
- Knowledge of any of version control systems (eg. GIT, TFS)
What will you do?
- Application bug-fixing
- Application feature development as per Standard Operating Porcedures
- Processing application user-requests (configuration updates, basic issue resolution)
- Basic application support (auto-reported incidents, health monitoring reports)
- Application data analysis (to resolve some of issues reported by end-users)
- Contacting end-users (via email and ticketing systems) to process requests
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures
- Knowledge of any of version control systems (eg. GIT, TFS)
