For our international EMA HR & Recruiting team, we are looking for new team members to join our continuously developing Resourcing Operations team in Warsaw.
Junior HR Administrator – will directly support our Belgian or Swiss HR Team in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, creating HR documentation and conducting background checks.
- Coordinating and scheduling in-person and phone interviews with candidates and hiring managers in Belgium or Switzerland and providing case studies to candidates. This requires verbal and written communication in French/ German and English
- First point of contact for candidates when an interview is scheduled and close collaboration with the Belgian or Swiss HR team
- Other administrative tasks related to interview scheduling
- Strong motivation to develop in HR / PPC
- Bachelor or master’s degree in the field of HR, Business Administration, French/ German/ English Philology
- Feeling natural in multinational environment and enjoy working with your colleagues in Belgium or Switzerland dealing with different administrative tasks
- Fluent French/ German and English verbal and written skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Up to 1 year of experience in general HR functions is preferred
