Junior HR Specialist with German (B2)

For one of our Client- internationally recognized company, which is constantly growing up and is now opening new center in Cracow, we are looking for Specialists to join HR department.

While working at the position of HR Specialist- German speaker, you will be responsible for daily support of internal Clients. Your role will be to deliver HR Services Support according to defined Service Level Agreements. Your responsibilities will include HR administration, trainings organization, benefits information, new-joiners help, recruitment. You will be supporting local units in various tasks related to the employment life-cycle. You will also perform and assure adequate data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Service.

We are looking for Candidates with bachelor's degree or up to 2 years of experience, preferably in Shared Services environment. Proficient in business English and intermediate (B2) German (advanced a strong plus) are required, as well as excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Understanding of employee lifecycle aspects such as Leaves, Separation, Salary components, Induction, Onboarding etc. would be a strong plus but is not required.
