Responsibilites
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts
- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas
- Assistance to the legal counsel
Requirements
- Proven legal counseling experience in business environment
- Overall broad legal knowledge - labor law, contract law, corporate law, tax law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal adviser traineeship at Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers would be an asset
