Job description
Web Solutions administers domain names on behalf of clients world wide. We are seeking a Junior Supporter/Account Manager for our Support Team in Szczecin.
Your profile can be administrative or IT - even sales oriented! We will find the right spot for you in our Support Team.
Work areas:
- Client support,
- All round domain name registration & management
- Hosting setup and support, internal and external
- DNS configuration, FTP clients, SSL, DNSSEC
- Development and maintenance of Internal procedures
- Projects in coordination with Team Leader and Management
Requirements
- Relevant experience or education - office or IT related
- Good English skills, writing/speaking
- Above normal attention to detail
- As a person you are independent and structured. However, you work just as well in a team.
- You thrive in a service orientated job, and have a practical mind that value producing results within given deadlines.
