Junior Talent Researcher with German

Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods such as social media, networking and searching job boards; Developing own network of candidates and seeking to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported
- Reviewing applications
- Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role
- Managing job board advertising or client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
- Building and develop talent pools of qualified candidates
- Engaging with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles; Ensuring regular communication with the recruitment team to understand on-going requirements and to share progress of activity
- Updating the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process
- Developing an awareness of the client’s business and the recruitment needs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Very good English - both written and verbal
- Additional fluency in German
- Excellent communication skills and good phone manners
- Willingness to develop yourself in Recruitment area
