Our Client, an internationally recognized company in recycling industry, has decided to strengthen its organization in Poland and recruit for the position of Key Account Manager. The suitable candidate on this post will be responsible for development and maintenance of the company's position in Central Poland.
- Increase company growth and manage the relationship between Client and a portfolio of existing accounts
- Develop and execute a mutually agreed and strategic customer plan to increase potential business
- Increase customer satisfaction and customer value added benefits
- Introduce new initiatives in line with the commercial policy
- Advise senior management of any particular, strategic implications, plans and market developing movements
- Monitor of sales and marketing activity of the dedicated group of products in Poland
- College degree in economics or other business discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of business development experience with proven results in a recycling business
- Natural talents to influence, negotiate, sell and maintain positive relationships with major clients
- Independent, goal-driven and flexible team player, with open and outgoing personality
- Very good organizational, presentation, planning and communication skills
- Fluency in oral and written English and Polish.
