Job description:
Key Account Manager works in National Sales Team (Poland & Baltic Area) and is in charge of all sales actions dedicated Key and Strategic companies by continuing growth, ensuring increase of Orbis Hotel Group market share and RevPar.
Key tasks:
- strategic view over sales segments with particular emphasize on Corporate & MICE
- constant market trends analyses
- overview of clients’ portfolio with target set up for the specific period (Corpo & MICE)
- following negotiation strategy for prices and conditions which will ensure company’s overall objectives
- implementation of all sales strategies set up by the company
- introduce major benefits that AccorHotels can provide to Key & Strategic accounts including special offers, loyalty program, etc.
- position AccorHotels as a multi-segment hospitality provider
- participation to Sales Missions, National & International meetings related to Key & Strategic Accounts
- close collaboration and interaction with hotel sales and International AccorHotels KAMs and ISCs
- general customer care, gaining, qualifying and contracting new accounts (per given objective)
- substantial increase of direct contracts with AOB and COX offer
- development of outbound in order to enhance the yearly given objective
- handling of negotiations and proactive selling of all hotels within Orbis/AccorHotels chain on both: national and international level
- preparing and coordination of contracts and monitoring their fulfillment
- implementation of tasks and projects requested by the Director of Key Account Management / Director of Sales
- preparation of documents and reports concerning sales effectiveness
Qualifications and requirements:
- min. 5 years of varied experience within hospitality and sales
- knowledge of the tourism branch or the hotel business, preferentially on an international basis
- excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
- proactive, professional and competent representative
- multi-cultural skills
- very good computer literacy (MS Office)
- fluent business English
- second language will be an attitude
- engagement and team spirit, networking skills
- high level of resilience and self-discipline, excellent organization skills
- flexibility in planning and accomplishment of tasks
- analytic abilities and strategic way of thinking
