Job description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Help to develop financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the management and corporate requirements
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting
- Active communication with the corporate controllers and entering reports to the corporate financial system
- Cooperation with the company departments on the cost analysis
- Support for Sales and Purchase activities
- Cooperate on the price development
- Prepare budgets, investment proposals
Requirements
Education
- University degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business management
Language skills
- Polish native speaking
- English language (good skills in verbal and written communication)
- German language (advantage related to communication with Region HQ in Germany)
Knowledge
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Well-developed written and oral communication
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to travel (Locations in Poland / Germany, Region HQ / Netherlands, Group HQ)
Proficiency in use of computer
- Word, Excel, Power point
- Basic accounting programs
