Linux servers/services (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, SuSE) management
-
Resolve incidents affecting the operation/availability of high profile production systems

Provide technical support (2nd and 3rd line) of production and development systems

Implement, analyze and assess the impact of changes on maintained client environment

Create and maintain technical documentation for supported technologies
-
Orientation on the infrastructure development
- Good English skills
- 1+ years of professional experience in Linux administration
- Willingness to work locally in Warsaw office during the first 3 months (with possibility to work partly remotely after trial period)
- Troubleshooting/analytics skills
- Bash scripting skills (Perl or Python skills will be considered as an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Linux network services and protocols
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Ownership attitude toward clients
- Working under pressure in case of solving critical incidents
- Interpersonal skills – good team player
Advantages:
- Knowledge of Solaris/AIX/HP-UX-based systems will be strong advantage
- RHCSA certificate will be an advantage.
- Expertise on system performance tuning, capacity planning, maintenance patching and new version installation
- Experience with OS security (hardening)
- Knowledge of ITIL
