Opis stanowiska

Description:
• Processing sales orders in the system based on the input from customers and salesmen,
• Arranging and keeping track of shipments from suppliers to warehouses & from warehouses to customers in line with relevant regulations,
• Issuing invoices and shipment document for deliveries to customers
• Analyzing and implementing shipment routes and quantities to optimize shipment costs for timely deliveries
• Cooperating effectively with warehouse providers, shipping companies, customs agencies and insurance companies.
• Initiating and performing product/transport claims and related insurance coverage
• Preparing detailed reports for logistic expenses
• Creating and managing customer accounts in the system
• Maintaining credit limits for each customer in the system in line with Credit Insurance company, and Bank Guarantees
• Reporting customers with past due invoices and insufficient credit limits
• Close cooperation with various internal departments.
• Actively proposing process optimizations,

Wymagania

Profile:
• University degree from Business Administration or Economics
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills,
• Practical knowledge of Excel
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English - is a must;
• Good communication and customer service skills,
• Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks
