This position requires coordination, execution, and facilitation of efforts across a global workforce to deliver a seamlessly and integrated solution for our customers. A successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to adjust to new environments, understand complex technologies, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to facilitate complex issue resolution across systems and business groups. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and resourceful team-player and leader who can effectively work with our globally distributed technology team.
Person hired for this position will interact with business and technical partners to design, develop, and test software applications and changes that address business needs and market driven opportunities. As an expert will provide technical leadership across an interactive team to implement application level architecture.
The person must be capable of completing design and development of the most complex components of mainframe applications as well as of advanced technical analysis and performance tuning of applications.
The work can include participation in requirements gathering and scope estimation meetings and will be performing on site & on-call support as and when required during production installs.

Have at least bachelor’s degree

Have at least6 years of software development experience

Have at least 4 years of experience in applications development and support on mainframe environment using COBOL, DB2, CICS & JCL along with VSAM files

Experience as a technical team lead is preferred

Have good communication skills in English

Have good knowledge of English or Polish

Show good communication skills, problem solving and multi-tasking skills and teamwork capabilities

Experience in brokerage (back-office operations) or financial services will be an advantage
