As a Managed Print Services Coordinator you will be responsible for overall management, coordination, implementation, optimization, and sustain operations for International Paper’s Managed Print environment in EMEA. This role consists of implementing and sustaining a documented, secure print environment for the Managed Print Services (MPS) enterprise. This implementation, optimization and sustain model will include (but is not limited to) all components for printing, copying, faxing, and scanning for existing managed print locations. The position will also serve as a support for all aspects of the existing Print Management Project as needed.

Develop and support processes and procedures that align with IP Businesses and other IT Organizations

Demonstrate maturity in independent problem solving (and dealing with ambiguity)

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent

4+ years of related Information Systems experience

Demonstrated competence to work:
- With limited general supervision
- Communicate effectively with all levels in the corporation
- Fluency in English

The position has influence over the entire IP Managed Print Services enterprise at a sustain level and over the implementation of future sites and the optimizations of existing/deployed managed print facilities
