Zadania:
obsługa klientów oraz utrzymywanie z nimi dobrych relacji,
prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych,
reprezentowanie firmy na lokalnych wydarzeniach związanych z rynkiem pracy,
poszukiwanie i rozwijanie nowych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów,
obsługa kadrowo-płacowa pracowników (wystawianie umów, zaświadczeń, naliczanie wynagrodzeń, prowadzenie akt osobowych),
prace administracyjne
Wymagania:
wykształcenie min. średnie (preferowane wyższe z obszaru zarządzania)
doświadczenie w branży usług personalnych i znajomość rynku (mile widziane w Agencji Pracy Tymczasowej)
zainteresowanie tematyką rekrutacji i kadr,
odporność na stres,
umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu,
otwartość, komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
elastyczność w działaniu,
dobra obsługa komputera,
prawa jazdy kat B.
