Zadania:
wspieranie i udział w procesach HR, przede wszystkim w rekrutacji i rozwoju pracowników: tworzenie i publikowanie ogłoszeń, selekcja aplikacji, organizacja spotkań z kandydatami, koordynacja bieżących działań z zakresu szkoleń i rozwoju pracowników,
przygotowywanie analiz i zestawień z zakresu HR,
wspieranie procesów administracji kadrowej,
kontakt z centralą firmy zlokalizowaną zagranicą.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie wyższe, mile wdziane kierunkowe związane z obszarem ZZL,
doświadczenie w pracy w dziale HR/ rekrutacji/ szkoleniach,
zainteresowanie tematyką HR,
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (poziom B2),
bardzo dobre zdolności interpersonalne,
sumienność i gotowość do rozwoju zawodowego w dziale personalnym.
